Solid vegetable chopper
If you have to prep a large amount of vegetables, this is a solid workhorse. I keep this vegetable chopper in my work bag, and haven't had any issues whatsoever. Food truck, kitchen, or onsite for events, this chopper has seen it all.

Great for chopping vegetables. The shape is perfect. I used it to smash a garlic clove and the handle cracked in two at the proximal end. So the tang/handle construction is as cheap as it looks.
