Good looks, nice packaging, cuts well.
Bought as a gift, hence i did limited testing myself. Does what you expect the knife to do well. Damascus looks good. Case included seems good enough, though not entirely certain what the purpose of the case for kitchen knife is.

greggozzBecause when you aren't using a knife it should be put away decently? That and people who buy nice knives carry them to work and other such places.

CaptainBondegaTbh I’m a HUGE metallurgy/ knife nut, my favorite edc knife I’d had is a 20 dollar Kershaw Chill, I’ve had the best knife steels possible, s110v and m380. What’s the point of an expensive knife that you’re afraid to lose and that chips all the time because of the hardness, oh, and like you said, you have to baby all the time. I’d rather have a knife that I can cut concrete with and not worry about what happens to it. For kitchen knives? The dimension of a ceramic knife will always trounce the best metal on earth due to the polygonal structure of a crystal compared to a metal. Unless you’re cutting things like bones you should definitely be using a ceramic knife in the kitchen; I’ve had the same ceramic knife for seven years now and I’ve never sharpened it(not that you can) or replaced it.
