abstractdenialPretty meh. I like it for bread ok, but it chews through meat more than it cuts through it. Compared to the chef’s knife I might as well be slicing with a spoon. Very unimpressed with the edge on this slicer compared to the edge the chef’s knife has.

Damn_TrueI cut up some buttermilk briskets. I was not impressed. It did spread the jelly nicely.
