Product Description
Tactical watches are great when you’re in the field or going for a swim, but they don’t transition well at the office or out on the town. Dress watches look great, but you’d never wear one on a camping trip Read More

Excellent daily driver
This has became my daily driver, but that is after I slapped a leather band on it. The weight is crazy light even with the leather bands, and the tritium tubes looks fantastic

One of my favorite field watches!
Strong, light, durable, legible, good WR rating, with a REALLY good quartz movement. Everything you want in a field watch. I have a LOT of watches in my collection, and this one gets a disproportionate amount of wrist time. The T100 tubes are BRIGHT at night. Not all quartz movements are the same; the Swiss-made Rhonda in this is excellent. Mine is keeping within 10 sec/year! I bought the blacked out version, and love it. If they ever bring this one back (or anything similar), I will IMMEDIATELY purchase it in every colorway they offer. Won't even have to think about it. It's a great design!

The greatest watch ever made --- if you never, ever want to take your watch off
I needed the following: 1) a sapphire crystal; 2) effortless LUMINATION without ever having to hold my watch under a bulb; 3) a metal bracelet (titanium, it turns out, is amazing); 4) a case under 12mm (if you wear a suit, you know what I'm talking about); 5) enough water resistance to shower and swim with; 6) a quartz movement; and 7) a price less than $500 (it was under $400) . As it relates to #6, yes, I said quartz. The cheapest quartz movement is more accurate and durable than a Rolex. To be blunt, I need the time. Nothing more. Nothing less. Alas, I digress. She might not be a looker (not ugly -- but not Phoebe Cates in Fast Times at Ridgemont High), but I never, ever, ever have to take this watch off. It is an mechanical appendage. I've never seen a watch that checked more boxes for the price.

Amazing EDC Watch
A durable and straightforward watch that compliments fits any day of the week, the simple design makes for an amazing go to watch. The tritium glows bright and is easy to read in the dark, and the minimal branding ensures that the watch can fit in nearly all settings.

Great watch.
Great watch. Accurate. Night time beast. People complain at the movies about the light it throws. problem: sharp edges skin side. recommend machining the sharp edges in the future iterations.

Excellent daily watch.
I've been wanting to add a tritium watch to my growing watch collection for some time now, however, I felt most tritium watches tried too hard to be "tactical" or "military-inspired." I appreciate the design of this watch for a variety of reasons, but the main is the simplicity. As with all things related to fashion, you'll either hate it or love it, but the minimal dial I think adds a notable contestant in an otherwise cluttered lineup. It's a quartz movement, so there is little to say about the accuracy. Even after a few weeks, its still within a minute of when I set it first. I like that it has not only the date, but also the day. In terms of utility, the watch does a great job -- accurate with all the time information you would probably need on a daily basis right there. In terms of the tritium tubes themselves, as I alluded in the beginning, this is my first tritium watch. I was not expecting the tubes to be very bright, but was pleasantly surprised when they were. They are certainly not bright, but they can be seen with ease from feet away in the dark, which is more than adequate for the intended purpose. People make a big deal about the strength of watch lume, but forget that often in a situation where you need to read your watch in the dark, your eyes are already -- or soon will be -- adjusted to the dark. Super-bright lume is not necessary, and in fact, the brighter it is initially, the less it will usually last. Neither of these things are an issue with these tubes: they are clearly visible and the time is readily discernible even in pitch darkness. The tube on the second hand is a bit of a joke, however: by the time you pick it out on the face, you've probably been staring at your watch for longer than you wanted to. I do appreciate that they gave all the hands a tube, though. I think the watch would have felt incomplete had they omitted a seconds hand tube. The styling of the watch feels very modern, with a matte case/face and glossy hands. I actually did not notice the hands in the pictures, but when I was inspecting the watch closely, I found the glossy hands set themselves apart nicely from the rest of the watch. Especially with the inset tubs which, in the daytime, simply look like white baton hands. I got the all-black version, and I appreciate that the Massdrop logo is present, but subdued. It doesn't detract from the overall styling of the watch. My only complaints are minor -- the strap that came with the watch did not hold the watch in place; sometimes while putting it on, the watch head would slide around on the strap. I moved the watch head to one of my own, personal two-piece NATO straps and that does a much better job of keeping the watch head in place. I also find the watch is almost... too light. I forget it's there on my wrist, and worry about smashing it against a doorjamb as I walk around. Maybe I'm just a clumsy person, but I find I clip my watches on things I walk by fairly often, and I have to take extra care with this watch. Those two things aside, I think this is an excellent watch and I am very pleased that the Drop happened again and that I was able to jump on it. It's legible in a sea of illegible watches, as accurate as you would expect, readable in the dark like no other, and highly utilitarian. I am glad to have added it to my collection.

Titanium band is super.
Pretty versatile watch. Not a big fan of the blue nylon band. It is pretty cheap.

Better than expected
Recived my watch today (Canada), took about three weeks to arrive. I spent much of that time wondering if I had made the right decision, I wasn't sure if I'd like the blue, I do. The pictures make it look a little lighter than it appears in person. The tritium is very bright and easy to read in the dark, and overall the dial is clean and minimal, the branding isn't at all off putting as I had feared, very subtle. I have a 16cm circumference wrist or around 6 1/4", the 42mm case size is about as big as I would go, but it doesn't look too big on wrist at all. I choose to go with the Zulu strap, knowing I would switch it out for something different (Moose strap Co. premium slim) looks great imo, and great quality for price. Overall my initial impression is great, I'll update if anything changes. Nitpicks... I agree that there are a few minor changes, like slightly larger numerals, a mechanical movement, larger tubes on the hands, etc. And maybe a few other minor things that have been mentioned, that would be nice if there's an updated model. But I'm not at all disappointed with this watch for the price.
