If I need someone to fix my tent whether it is my fault or the trails discretion how should I get it fixed?

TheGooseObviously if it's something relevant to the warranty then you'd send it to Massdrop, but other than that (e.g. damage), your best bet is likely touching base with a local outdoors store and asking them who does their repairs. Most outdoors stores are going to have someone in the area that they use for mending, repairs and warranty work. Some brands want everything sent back to a central point for repairs but many do not. I used to work at a Helly Hanson store, and we'd send major stuff back to head office, but simple zipper replacements or blown seams they didn't need to look at so we'd send those to a local mender. The store might even be willing to send it for you along with their stuff. We did that sometimes for people because we'd have a bit of a markup on the repair cost, so it would be maybe $20 if you sent it yourself or $30 if you send it via the store, but then you don't have shipping costs and hassle. Partly it depends on whether it needs new materials or not. If you just have some stitching coming out then you could take it to anyone that sews (e.g. the same place that would hem your pants), but if it's more complex than that (e.g. a zipper replacement) then finding whoever your local shops send their stuff to is the best approach because they'll have a pretty good selection of outdoor materials. Another option is learning to sew. Pick up a cheap used machine and watch some YouTube. It's a bit tedious to start, but quite empowering once you start figuring it out.
