Hi
Just wondering if any Aussies have received their tent yet? My tracking hasn't updated since the 28 June, awaiting departure at JFK. Got a bunch of camping trips coming up, hope it comes soon!

JY15813Since July 28 right? Not June. That might have to do with the hand over to the local postal system where that July 28 status was the last update on the USA side of things, and then now it's in transport or tied up in customs until the Aussie postal system gets an update out. Sometimes it helps to look up the same tracking number on the Aussie system, but I'm not sure what service they use for delivery there. Usually it's 2-3 weeks to Australia. I think a few tents over the years have been closer to 4 weeks, but it is airmail so it's not going to be the super slow 8-12 weeks that ground mail takes.

JY15813I’m also patiently waiting for mine to arrive here in Perth, Western Australia as I, just like you, also have some solo trips planned therefore need it to arrive otherwise I’ll be without a shelter!
Mine also hit a road block at JFK, Drop posted it on the 20th July, it arrived at JFK on the 23rd July & was still waiting for a flight out on the 28th.

Bam2487Did you receive any tracking updates yet? I'm still waiting for mine to arrive in northern NSW and the tracking hasn't updated since "arrival at destination country" on 5th August.
