These headphones would be such a hit if you kept the tuning CAL! is famous for, made the cable detachable, and ditched the wooden cups to lower the price.

Anyone here want to sell or trade / trade + cash for their pair of Purplehearts? I know Drop is selling them for a great price, but I've been searching for a slightly used set for months and still haven't came across a set...

The only thing preventing me from placing an order on this phone is a removable cable design! Drop needs to work with E-MU to add this - able to change to any after-market cable definitely will make this phone more fun!

Are replacement parts available? My purplehearts are just under a year old and the right driver has gone fuzzy and is giving me a little shock here and there. I pulled the ear cup and took a look and the speaker assembly still seems to be soldered well so I think it's something shorted internal to the speaker assembly itself. Is it possible to buy a new one?
