This is ridiculous, no tracking number and it's a almost may
You know something? By joining this drop, you ARE EXPECTED for a wait and a delay. Welcome to the real world of logistics.
Se here is a question, if the logistics experts know about this sort of delays, why not underpromise? They should have said we would receive the headphones in june, that way when its may and they show up we are happier. Instead of this way where everyone is pissed off, the customers for waiting and the logistics people because they cant fathom that people are not logistics savvy.
What you're talking is from the point of view of your usual customer.
A rough estimate of the expected would have to be made initially. See, if you just state a concrete date from the beginning, there's the problem. Bear in mind that this is a large order so the timeframe for manufacturing these from the beginning (December) would've taken longer. Hence, there is no such thing as a concrete date of when these will be ship from the beginning.
But now that we know that these headphones have finally arrived at their warehouse, we can expect these being on our way by next month, with a bit of sorting to do for possibly 1000 orders. So calm your jimmies down.
isnt the drop only like 400 people lol. People were actually expecting an earlier shipping date.
Could it be that I am the usual customer? I dont presume to be more than that. I wasnt aware that MassDrop only catered to the logistically trained consumers.
I dont care about any of that. I am not paid to keep in mind that its a large order and it would've taken longer to manufacture. That's for MassDrop to incorporate into the ship estimates.
Give me a date range, and then deliver on that range or before. If that range is 22 months from now, its my decision whether I want to buy it or not.
