These look to be a modified Aurvana Live. The Aurvana Live is roughly $50 but with sound easily worth $80 or $100, so with wood cups I'd say this is a cool deal.

The Aurvana Live is also manufactured by Foster. Another predecessor of this headphone was a Denon model, also manufactured by Foster, which is related to Fostex.

Yeah, this is a modified version of the CAL v1, similar to the E-MU Walnut versions MD offered in the past...that were more expensive than these are.
I have the CALs and think they were a steal for the price (~$50). These are supposed to be warmer and a little rolled off at the top, but the original CALs could get tiring for me when listening for extended periods because they highs seemed a bit aggressive at times, so this sounds like a good thing to me. The orginals are pretty comfortable, though. The pads were somewhere in between over the ear and on the ear. They sort of enclosed the back part of my ears but rested on the front part of the ears, if that makes any sense.
For $75, this sounds like a really good deal.
