I'm happy to report that my Massdrop Zeus arrived earlier this morning (Thursday). I also have not received a microfiber cleaning clothe; I joined the 2nd drop for the Zeus. Tomorrow(Friday) or this weekend I should recieve my Massdrop x Mee Audio 2pin 2.5mm balanced cable: I'll report back whether my Zeus works after swapping cables.
My initial impressions for the iem: they are bright-neutral, have impressive detail retrieval, and are a little uncomfortable. This is my first multi-driver BA iem; my only other iem are the Tin Hifi T2. I've owned the Tin Hifi T2 Pro and those are way brighter and silibant compared to both the T2 and Zeus. The comfort issue on the Zeus is due to it not having ports like the T2: this can be solved easily by pulling back on your ear(s) and "yawning" when inserting/removing the iems. One last note: I love that this multi-driver, multi-bore iem has a wax guard; it's something I wish all other multi-bore iems and customs that don't would all adopt, including having a port of some sort to resolve pneumatic pressure issues.

RudyBoyReporting back in: I received my Massdrop X Mee Audio balanced 2pin 2.5mm cable; I swapped the pre-attached stock cable for the new one and all is well with my Zeus set. All I'm missing now is the microfiber cleaning cloth.
It's unfortunate that few have potential QC issues with their Zeus set. But, it's good to know and see Massdrop stand behind this product; and help it's customers.
I'm happy with the Zeus overall, it's a good upgrade from the Tin Hifi T2. My chain: Zeus>Massdrop balanced cable>Ifi iematch2.5(ultra 1ohm)>Massdrop 4pin XLR to 2.5mm adapter>Aune S7>Yamaha MG10XU>Topping DX7S. My chain consists of Canare L-4E6S cabling for interconnections.
