Well, I took another look. Droop is advertising this for $150. When I looked to see what choices that I had, I was not surprised to see that I had none. The lowest price knife was $160. Maybe the advertising people and/or the webmeisters could start selling what they are smoking. It might just be more profitable and I think that you would have some happy customers, providing that delivery times would be expedited.
Hi All,
I got my unit today, and noticed that the tip is still very slightly exposed when the knife is 'closed'. Has anyone else experienced this? Have contacted Warranty, but am dreading it slightly, as postal transit times at the moment mean I might not see this sorted until July or sth...
I received my Crux and love it, but over time it has developed a rattle in the pivot area when closing. It appears to be the blade shaking back and forth. Is there any way to fix this?
OmniseedNo, it locks up pretty darn solid. I was worried that it meant a faulty bearing or something, but it's still going strong. It's one of my favorite to carry.
I have had some reward points sitting for awhile and I decided to use them to order some extra pocket clips for my Crux and another Ferrum Forge knife from their pro series. I got a blue Crux in the original scale style and put a bronze pocket clip on it to add some contrast. However, I would love to get my hands on a bronze back spacer for the Crux to complete the look. Is there anyone who bought a bronze Crux that might be interested in trading for a blue back spacer? I'll include the original blue pocket clip to sweeten the deal. I guess the other option is to send the knife into Ferrum Forge to have it refinished, but that seems like a bit of overkill for the bronze back spacer. Anyone gone that route or have any other suggestions?
I have a similar story, ordered this knife, tracking info:

When i contacted support, I was told that I was responsible for shipping(what?!) and that this time they would make an exception and give me a refund as it was obviously lost. Since I had paid for it half with rewards points, I expected to see those rewards back in my account.... nope.... I contacted support again and was told that since the order was cancelled(not cancelled, never arrived...) that rewards would not be given back...what?! I've never heard of something this brazen. Thats theft as far as im concerned Has anyone else dealt with @katrinamiller? I have since sent her several message asking to speak to someone else with no response... Even asked to have a replacement blade sent in that case, no response...
samrobiI'm sorry you're dealing with this too. It really is like pounding your head against a wall. I feel lucky that I finally got my knife. But I really am done with drop, their treatment of people and handling of shipping is ridiculous. Good luck getting this handled.
Jhova90Thanks, I appreciate that, Im done with them as well, I cant even get them to send me another knife... they refunded half of the amount I paid and have ghosted me since
