Overall, I love this knife..,
Likes: Firm but not overly strong Detent, blade flies out with authority with a satisfying thwack sound and feel. The overall built quality and feel of solidness is excellent. I love flipping this knife!
But my only compliant is that the lock bar is quite still to move to the side to release the blade from the lock position (I’m Not talking about having a “lock stick” problem here)
Its hard on my thumb finger to have to press hard against the lock bar just to move it out of the way to release the blade, plus the lock bar cut outs are kinda sharp against your thumb, contributing to the uncomfortableness too....
Please when releasing new knife’s like the Crux, please adjust to this...
Again overall, I love this knife!!!

woptucciI have a firm forge falcon that is meld that is extremely hard to release and there is no lock stick. I mean that even after caring it for over two weeks I have problems if I’m tired or if my hand is damp. I usually have to use two hands to close it which was kind of a bummer but I love the blade shape and the handle design. I read reviews talking about how easily the falcon can be open and closed and wondered if it were the same knife we were talking about. We consistently kicked it out of the park, but there are slight differences, probably due to having different quality control people in each day. I will be buying a crocs when you original bronze is back, and I will be buying the dao with the circuitboard milling. I don’t care enough to return it and try my luck because it may be due to the small frame and lockbar being smaller and more firm (rather than a longer, more pliable piece).
