Ok, The Nick says... Not and inspiring PRICE... I get it. I like Nick Shabazz enough to support him on Patreon. Nick did like the knife. I own a handful of knives that are inspiring as knives. The price paid for each is in the $80 - $260 range. The low end in pricing is the Brad Zinker Boker Plus Urban Trapper. The knife gets lots of pocket time and I give them as gifts often. The High end contains several in the $260 range. + / - $40. The memory of what I paid for and excellent knife fades over time and eventually becomes a "Ball Park" figure. When I pull it out and handle it, slide it in my pocket and leave for work... I dig it! Makes me smile! Priceless! I have a lot of great deals in my collection. The ones that make me feel like a 12 year old boy on a Christmas morning are worth every penny. Very few of the $50.00 knives do it for me. The Ferrum Forge Gent, carbon fiber, etc, etc.. is a knife that I dig. The Ferrum Forge Mordax has a larger blade and choil that are like the Gent, add the push botton closing feature, 3.6" blade, 20CV steel .. . SWEET! Life is to short to carry a knife that is a "GREAT DEAL" for the price. Looks like Christmas is going to come early this year. (and often..) Will probably take a lot of the work out of cutting a hole in my coffee cup lid every day. (very practical) : )

Dan-AT-HikerNick would also say something like jimping on the top for more secure control and a non POCKET PECKER fliper tab. Id also say slightly shorter blade stock (for those that worry about legal size) a deeper pocket carry thats reversible by screwing it to the end not side of frame and mill work more inline with the crux. That would be the perfect 2.0 version! (Titanium....cough...... cough)
