I got the Fitsok Q5 pack 2 years ago, and the XLs are just way too small. I'd wear a 12.5 shoe if it existed, so I wear a 13 instead. Some shoes at that size are more than long enough for me, but maybe not *high* enough at the arch/ankle area. (At least that's what the problem seems to me) So my twofold question is: will these fit any differently than Q5s from 2 years ago due to design differences or sizing changes, and is the XXL real since I don't see any mention of it outside of the ordering page (I looked on the fitsok site as well)?

SubtleCHello! Ryan from FITSOK here. Great questions, both of them. These socks will fit & feel differently than our other styles for a couple reasons: First the material being combed cotton will have a much softer, "loftier" feel. Second, the fit was designed with casual wear in mind, so created specifically for comfort. Lastly, regarding XXL-This is in fact a real size and will be available. rdaly02Thanks for the rapid reply and the info. Would you have a recommended size, then? Since it sounds like these are looser, I wouldn't want to order an XXL and have it end up baggy as a result of the fit and being a size up.

SubtleCI have been testing these socks and I am a size 10.5 - 11 in athletic shoes and can happily wear both Medium and Large. My guess is you'll do well in the XL.

Predominantly made of cotton - so, as you may be aware - it's best appreciated because it breathes well and stays cool in dry weather - yet it's not recommended for very wet conditions because it holds moisture and weight.
