right headphone does not work
for a 600$ headphone this was ridiculous. they arrived damaged and the right headphone does not work. Drop needs more quality control especially on their higher price items. After 2 years that I have not the chance to use the headphones (the headphones were in USA and I was Europe and Covid restrictions had not allowed me to use them again). I discovered today that the right headphone of the second pair that massdrop sent me does not work ... coincidence? bad luck? bad quality control? who knows... the reality is that the customer service does not want to be involved. After this experience I cannot trust the quality control of drop products.

marts_sumI tried to swap sides and nothing changed. I guess that is the right headphone connection. I contacted Drop and they are sending me a new one. Let's see if this new one functions correctly.

raulettthat's exactly what happened to me, on the right side too, except mine lasted few days longer after arrival. Just got the replacement for 2 days, hope it doesn't happen again.

raulettSame with my Elex, the right side went out first. I did swap cables and sources and then the left side went out within a hour of the right side. Now both side are dead. Told Drop and they are sending me another unit. Would hate for this to happen a year or two from now.
