My left driver is dead. It is still within 2 year warranty. Who should I contact? Tried Drop support but no response since this Monday.
Yes they replied a couple of days ago and said they can issue a refund as there's no more in stock. I'm gonna return when the COVID-19 lockdown is over.
Mine was used gently only fewer than 20 times, and the left driver suddenly went dead. It is annoying.
