MassDrop:
To de-clutter the listing of Drops... if a drop is being offered to both the U.S. and EU, why not combine them into a single listing with selectable icons for each country ?

Do they include a 6.3mm to 3.5mm jack adapter or do I have to buy my own in order to use it with my amp which only has a 3.5mm output?

Is there any difference between TH-R00 and TH-X00 save the removable cable? I used to have TH-X00 and I was very happy with them, but the earcup yoke didn't last long on one side. At a closer look, it seems a design flaw; the material is just not thick enough to bear the bending stress around the screw hole. For all I have read in the forum, I was not the only one to have this issue. Massdrop did a good job refunding me when I sent the broken pair back, and my plan was to get another pair, but now with the price 121$ up from what I paid initially, I am not sure anymore. If the hanger design is as it was, it will no doubt break again.

I love that you guys are testing shipping from the EU! If I had the funds I would buy this headphone instantly, been eyeing it already for a while, but other obligations come first alas.

Compared to the same drop based on the US, this is $90 up. If it is shipped from within the EU, no customs duty apply, correct?

VAT is calculated x% from goods + shipping value, customs are added on top of that.

And the amount resulting from duty taxation depends a great deal on the EU's member state you reside in. In my case on the HD 6XX drop, I had to pay 65 Eur (73 $US) on top, as dues for customs' clearance. Its around 1/3 increase of the initial cost. It hurts!!!

Today, we’re kicking off a new shipping method test in European Union countries, so we can better evaluate how we can improve this experience for members located in these markets.
Select audio products will be available to ship from a warehouse in Europe with delivery expected within 5 business days. Most will arrive at your door with no post-office pickup, though some exclusions apply. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Massdrop are quite clear on that this is for the European Union, since Norway isn't part of EU the country does not benefit from this import tax benefit.
Norwegians will have to pay for VAT for these items.
