Its sound is Okay, BUT very noisy.
The sound is pretty Okay, nothing extraordinary. The biggest problem is the noise. Its input and power are from the same port, and it doesn't do a good job on isolating the usb ground loop noise at all. Because of this, if you connect it to your PC, every mouse or keyboard action would cause your headphone a BIG noise. On the other hand, if you use it connect to CD player, stream play, cell phone, etc. it should work just fine.

Pretty good for the price
My only gripe with this is audio interruptions because the USB power delivery. Otherwise would recommend to people as entry level DAC

Fairly disappointing, but not as bad as O2.
This DAC isn't worth it in today's market at its current price. There are options from Schiit and JDS Labs that crush the SDAC, to the point where it shouldn't be considered.

Considering an Apple or Meizu USB C to 3.5mm dongle is way cheaper and nearly just as good, it's just not competitive anymore. This DAC competed with Schiit's Modi 2, which we're far past now. Modi 3+ and JDS Labs' Atom DAC+ are both leagues better, for essentially the same price.

Great for sub $100
For sub $100 I have no complaints about this product. It really had a pleasant balanced sound when paired with my Geshelli labs amp. I was surprised how much I like the sound of my dekoni blues through it. Would recommend.

A fantastic addition to my setup
This is my first DAC, an upgrade from the integrated audio in my Alienware desktop. I ordered a pair of 6xx's before this and had been running it along with a Schiit Heresy straight from the aux of my desktop for a couple weeks before the DAC arrived. I wasn't expecting much, but the improvement was huge. It adds a touch of bass compared to pretty much every computer's integrated audio that I've compared it to, but more importantly, it smooths everything out. Using the 6xx's without the DAC, I was a little disappointed feeling that it sounded rough and grainy, especially during busy parts of songs, but the DAC solved that issue. If you're looking to get your first desktop DAC, I think I can confidently recommend this even without comparing it to other DACs simply because the improvement over the integrated audio on everything I've used is well worth the $100.

Super good quality in build and sound
Good price, good sound, good build, and its so tiny! You can't get a better deal for this thing. the ONLY thing I have a problem with is micro-USB port instead of usb-c but an updated version could easily overcome that :D definitely recommend

Perfect.
Price, size, weight, sound. Nothing to fault. Great use of a Benjamin if you need a better dac than onboard audio.
