I use my iPhone 6Splus to play music through several different amps. Will I be able to use this Dac or do I even need this?

Yes it should sound better than your phone...by how much depends on how good the rest of your system is or if you are listening to hi rez recordings or not. I thought it would be cool to own something designed by Grace since everything else they make is pretty expensive.

This will sound better than using your phone's DAC, but unless you are listening to high quality recordings you won't notice a tremendous difference.

I joined the drop early this morning but I'm not sure if I will be able to use. I have some decent amps that I plug my iPhone right into. What would I need to plug the iPhone into the Dac

Thanks for the quick response but I think I will just keep using amps. Seems to be more trouble than it's worth to connect an iPhone to a Dac. . If I'm using a laptop then maybe but from what I have read it just doesn't make sense for me if I'm satisfied using my iPhone and separate Amp.
