Hi, my SDAC randomly gets disconnected from my Macbook Pro 16". I try changing USB port, three different adapters (two of those is powered), and using one port/adapter exclusively for the SDAC. The adaptors I tested are: my dell monitor, an Aukey USB-C hub 4 ports, Vava 9-in-1 adapter, Anker powered USB 3 hub. Any hint? I couldn't find a support page for the product. Thanks

MaxidwSame issue here. All I have to do is remove and reinsert the usb connection. Couldn't find any solution online.

Maxidw@Maxidw Same here. I read a previous post from @omcnoe which find a resolution: https://drop.com/buy/massdrop-x-grace-design-standard-dac/talk/2659283 But it's not working for me And another one here: https://drop.com/buy/massdrop-x-grace-design-standard-dac/talk/2661105

@Michael_Grace Please advise! It make not sense to do these workaround/hacks to make the SDAC work constantly. Thanks!

MaxidwI had this same issue, now I have the SDAC on a simple adapter that only has a single USB 2.0 port (so no active circuitry, just a pass through of the USB 2.0 pins) and have had no issues since. It's something about these complex adapters with multiple ports that's screwing with the SDAC.
