ALT V2 not detected with Drop Keyboard Configurator
Hi, This is my first non-mac keyboard. I was under the impression that this would work out of box with with mac desktop however I am having issues getting the ALT V2 detected with the keyboard configurator software. The keyboard is plugged in and powered on. Apologies if this is very basic or if I have used incorrect language describing my issue, I don't have experience with this. Thank you

If you have questions, feel free to ask. Until then, here's some info you might find interesting! Every element of the design of this set was taken into careful consideration. The fonts for the letters and numbers match the Scrabble branding down to the width and spacing. The colors were picked from actual Scrabble sets. I went through several individually and picked colors that were about average across them (since it varies depending on when sets were sold). Here's some Pantone color chips taken next to my sunlit window. So, not perfectly color corrected in this shot, but pretty close!
First of all, if you're new to the keyboard world and don't have a board yet to stick the caps on (or if you have a friend or relative you'd like to buy an awesome gift for), we've got a bundle for you to make things easy. You can get the great TKL Code keyboard with brown switches, a keycap puller, a detachable cord, and some extra caps to swap around.
