Considering the price they are not that bad, but the problem is I still wouldn't recommend them, wouldn't even recommend them over the headphones you get with the iPhone. They aren't very comfortable, and the tips are pretty hard. The cable is loosely floating inside the earbuds and the cable itself feels really cheap. Sound wise they are actually pretty good in the lows and mids, but are missing a lot of highs. Finding the right fit can be a little bit of work but they do have some life to them if you can sit them just right. I haven't personally had any troubles with durability but I also haven't been using them that long. I was disappointed, I was just hoping for a better colab.
Wait for the next VE Monk drop, or get a group of friends and make a small order of VE Monks off Ali Express. With a 3button mic those are $10, 1button mic $7, and no mic $5. They aren't bass heavy headphones but sound really really clean for the price. I own multiple pairs and use them as headphones to have on the go, none have broken but if they did I have unopened ones as backups because they are only $10 a pair. Owning the VE Monks and knowing what $10 can buy makes me unequivocally give these HIFIMAN Bolt IEM's a thumbs down.
