I don't know what I expected with these. I saw people praising HIFIMAN and figured I couldn't go wrong. They were cheap and who knows when you'll need a serviceable cheap pair of earbuds.
I was wrong. These are terrible. Tinny, low volume, no bass AT ALL. Even for $10 these are a terrible deal.
