Did anyone tried to compare the edition xx to the ananda ?
I trust no reviewers at all
I just trust normal people point of view or impression

ClarkCizarI second Joshua Valor, I realize how good he is yesterday when after trying a Ananda I just received, the sound signature on some tracks was really not comfortable listening, the female vocal was too shouty. He was the only one mentioning this exactly situation on his Ananda review and also mentioned the Edition XX would be an alternative for this as it is a bit darker than Ananda. He described exactly what I experienced as far as the Ananda sound signature goes.

Hawk600I hate intimate sound headphones.
vocal shoutness is something unforgivable thing for me .
in this case would you recommend getting lcd2c or hd800s instead ?

Hawk600I auditioned Ananda against Edition XX. I think Ananda is a hot mess for my ears. I must have a more laid back treble. Now I'm wondering about HE5XX??? Maybe those would be fantastic.
