For anyone interested in this drop, I just want to say that HIFIMAN has the worst customer service that you will ever experience in your life. I don't trust them and I will never buy their products again.

i was told an OCT. Date to get them .. but shit .. why are they trying to sell this again if the 1st shipment has not been send out ... ???????????????????????????????????

Will@Will i feel Massdrop support hasn't been at their best lately. Look at the discussion section on Topping PA3 and Ultrasone Pro550i. Lot of questions related to the item, but no one from Massdrop answers them.

kfoxI had an awesome experience with their customer service...I should have shared my story somewhere because it seems that only negative experiences get shared. I accidentally broke my headband on my 350's, and they sent me a brand new pair of 350's in return. Was pretty blown away honestly. So quick recap- I was an idiot, broke my headphones, they replaced them at no cost to me. So Im not saying you or others haven't had bad experiences...but I'm at least making people aware it is possible to have a good experience :)
