this might be a stupid question but are they noise cancelling? And do they have surround sound? (i dont know much about headphones)

You only need two drivers for "surroundsound" as you also only have two ears. A headphone with more than one driver per ear only makes sense if those different drivers are used to cover diffenrent frequency-ranges.
