DHL shipping is weird. On DHL's website there has been no change since the 7th Dec.
Using the USPS tracking number, I checked on USPS's site and the headphones went to Japan, then Singapore (my address) and back out to Japan again! Why is it bouncing around?
Mine had no updates since Dec 5... Just "Processing completed at origin". Nothing from USPS or Canada post either. :(
Did you try the USPS tracking number? I got more details out of USPS tracking than DHL's.
"Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item" is the only thing I got since Dec 5..
Same - Mine got bounced to Haneda after being in Changi. Fingers crossed this actually gets delivered soonish.
The product ships via DHL and it is eventually passed to USPS halfway . I ordered it since 2th of December, now it is still in New York. i believe partially it is slow because of Christmas Season. I wonder what if our item has QC problem too, sending it back will definitely be problematic.
Yes. USPS completed everything outside of the US - Did you put the tracking number into USPS's tracker?
Judging by the QC issues in the headphones by the posts below, fingers crossed for all of us.
This is entirely up to luck, if it is the one sided issue, then it will be really unfortunate.
Oh yes current USPS is saying it is at New York. I believe i remember the item will arrive on around 21-25th of December. Are you pairing this with any amp?
For the moment, no. I'm waiting for the O2 SDAC + amp in Jan, and then the CTH for CNY. It'll be a long wait!
Australia here. Similar thing happened to mine through USPS.
December 7, 2017, 10:55 am Departed NEW YORK, UNITED STATES
December 11, 2017, 12:48 pm Departed SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA
December 11, 2017, 6:55 pm Departed TOKYO, JAPAN
December 14, 2017, 10:43 pm Processed Through Facility AUSTRALIA
I think the 2nd and 3rd entries are fakes. I hear that USPS adds entries like these when the parcel hasn't been scanned for some time.
What may have happened is that it sat on the tarmac at New York airport for several days, flew to Australia, then sat on the tarmac of the destination airport for several days before finally being sent out to the local postal service.
I'm not sure if this is usual, or if USPS and all other postal services are being stretched beyond their capacity due to the Xmas period.
Hey, thanks for sharing your experience.
I agree with the sentiment that all postal services are stretched at this time period - especially when everybody's getting their Christmas gifts from etailers. :) Fingers crossed it'll be cleared soon!
DHL is awful here in northern Minnesota, mine went to Fedex who handed them off to the USPS after several days. Why not just ship then with the postal service?
Did anyone have updates on their parcel? Mine stuck at singapore for 4 days without update :(
@TechnologyGod: Yes. I've posted a fair bit above on how the packages have been tracking. In a nutshell, it takes Singapore Customs at least 5 days to clear it. My package journey for the HE-4XX was:
10/12: Arrived in SG
15/12: Cleared Customs
Same with some of my other packages.
