I had this happen, but it was trivial to get it screwed back in. You just need the correct driver tip.

Umm, mine has literally come straight out of the plastic. Very unimpressed with the build quality.

This has happened before to others on this forum. You can read about it here. In short, they took the base nut and glued it on to the plastic. Don't use too much glue and keep in mind you are gluing metal to plastic, so use an appropriate glue. If you think it is unreasonable or unacceptable or too hard, you can return it.
