Received these today and had the same left channel issue that everyone else is having.
I've already had to RMA my RE-00's before so I know of the whole process with these guys, while they do seem pretty quick when it comes to returning items (I'm sure they have a ton of experience under their belt from what I've seen in this comment section), but the fact that I have to wait 2 weeks and pay shipping for a product that was basically faulty on arrival is really disappointing.
I was really hoping that there would be some sort of QA with their products considering all the issues they seem to be having, but I guess with low cost you have to cut corners somewhere.
Support came through like usual, giving me the RMA # within a day after asking a question about the included cable. Since I'm only 200 miles away from their center my service comes around pretty fast, but I'm sure its way more of a hassle if you're international or on the other side of the US,
Support came through and received my replacement on Monday.
With the value of these headphones and the amount of time you have to wait I suppose an extra week and 10 dollars won't hurt if you get a defective model. I hope hifiman is able to resolve these QA issues before the bolt ships, otherwise I'm sure there's going to be a ton more outrage with the amount of people for that drop.
