Do you mean the papers that came attached to the cardboard box? I threw those away, I think. But I do have the paypal charge.

As in the pdf you can download in your transactions page. Hit receipt under the HE4XX and it should automatically open a print dialogue for you to save to pdf with.

Nah, just a guy that's had to reach out to them before multiple times. I had my own issues with the HE4XX that I talked about in another comment, so I just have personal knowledge of how it works

Agree. My father has a precision screw-set and he tightened the loose screws. 1 week later they are already out again. Just bad quality. People recommending these headphones are plain ignorant.

I kept warning people...yet they keep buying. Fostex T50RP is much better brand and build quality for planars. Sennheiser for dynamics.
