The cable sleeve decided it wanted to go for a walk. Sound and comfort were nowhere near special enough to warrant a drop. The look is neat but... no. No thanks. I left these in a shoebox for years before I gave them away. I think. I don't remember.
Avoid if these come back in stock.
The RE-00s have a utilitarian design that is sturdy enough to throw around and discrete. Overall balanced sound, but they are soft sounding and don't have much bass extension. Good for a casual listen when commuting.
I like a neutral response but these are tinny, sound like a phone speaker. They are very uncomfortable for my ears, and the cable doesn't feel well made either. Not good
Initially it was great... Overtime the audio on the right became noticeably quieter than the left. Oh and the braiding was too tight. After a month of use the braiding tore up. The brading should be longer to accommodate stretching.
