For all the negative feedback, there is a major reason to believe this is because of lackluster quality control. My experience with Massdrop products is that their versions of products they sell are generally inferior in terms of quality control to their respective originals bought from official retailers.
It's like the manufactures are selling these products bulk for cheaper, and therefore are rushing production to the point that they don't care about the products, or care much less about their quality staying true to its originals.
This is currently the biggest problem I have with Massdrop products right now that is more of a problem with the production and lower quality supply chain. It turns out that you do in fact get what you pay for...

It depends on the manufacturers business ethics.
If you look at Centrance, they have someone who occassionally scan through the thread and collect feedback and take it as an opportunity to further enhance their product.
If you look at little dot, they are selling the product without warranty if sold via MD.
I also suspect there could be quality control problem with RE00 as there.are so many different impressions and defects being reported.
If the manufacturer is serious about growing more fans and potential buyers, MD is a great place to show off their product and a chance to allow budget tight people to jump in and start their audio journey and become.a returning customer.
MD should ensure they are also focused on doing just that, keep the manufacturers to make more fans with good discounts and also exclusives to make them even more affordable, and at the same time the quality should not be.compromised.
We are not asking to build a tank that will last a decade but a "good enough" to enjoy it for a reasonable time.
Also, there will be defects. How the MD and the manufacturer can turn the table and make raving fans.
These fans will bring more potential customers and solidify their brand name.
I hope things will improve. MD and manufacturers should remind themselves what brings people here and what they were trying to achieve here.

Most of the negative reviews are basically saying "these aren't idiot-proof, and I'm an idiot." My favorite is the guy who unscrewed his and pulled it apart, then complained that it was unscrewable. He seriously doesn't see how thats his own stupid fault
