It is a stud muffin keyboard, but to pay $200 and wait till November... that is simply a mental challenge on the buyer. Better be loaded and not care, I wish I was in that position.
Don't worry, this hobby is here to welcome your wallet whether it's full or empty. ;)
Did people complain like this about the WhiteFox keyboard? That was around $200 and it wasn't even assembled. Assuming this is very good build quality, $200 is a good price for what this keyboard offers.
Wait wut. I'm not complaining? I'm just saying not to worry about missing out on the buy if money is a concern since there are *always* new group buys and *always* new things coming out. You can feel free to save up money for a great keyboard without FOMO because of how active this community is.
I wasn't talking about you complaining. I meant the other guy who said you either need to be rich or not care (about wasting money) and I don't think either of those apply to me. This just seems like a really solid TKL that might be good to get. I especially like how the switches can be changed out easily, which is nice as I'm still trying to figure out what I like best.
You realize that you tagged me in your comment, though. Regardless, I think he's welcome to complain. Most people who aren't neck-deep into the hobby would find $200 unreasonably expensive. I empathize with him, but I agree with you that $200 is a decent price for what we seem to be getting out of the K-Type.
