17hours left an 3027 Purchased.. must be the longest en biggest drop ever. That’s 3027*$200= $605,400,- wow 605K that’s impressive to say the least. i don’t think the likes of Logitech or other big keyboard brands can top that. When wil the big brands realise there is a market for good fully programmable keyboards. Not just cheap plastic with bad font so called gamers keyboards.?

TuxKeyBig keyboards brands sell way more than that, I run a small hardware store in a 3rd world country and I sell ~50 corsair keyboards per month, so... the amount of keybards sold on this drop are nowhere significative to big companies numbers.
Also, "gaming" keyboards are not bad quality, they offer service, warranties and more, they have downsides and they are not accepted in our small community but they sure are good for their market.. The argument with your "plastic" makes no sense..
Anyways it's still an impressive number for a very niche market.

TuxKeyLogitech probably sells like 20+ times more than that :/ It's not that big really. However that's only a portion of it, there was 2 back to back drops and I believe those are only the numbers for the second one. Still, this is a drop in the bucket for the likes of Razer/Logitech/etc. They will slowly come around and a keyboard like this can accelerate that a lot (since it's open source and they can just "steal" the implementations).

TuxKeyIt's impressive until you realize most of that money is actually going towards funding the tooling and manufacturing for this board.
