The solder pad on my 7 key disconnected from the PCB when inserting new switches. Is there any way to fix or replace it? In the photo, you can see the left side of the second row's middle socket slightly lifted off.

LuckyEightsHey, thanks for letting me know. I did contact them initially before I was able to open up the keyboard to see the problem, but they offered no help. I'll try again.

NikotheNekoYep, Massdrop (I guess just Drop now?) sent me a replacement after I showed them this photo. I appreciate the offer though!
