It's time for a new update thread! Here's a link to the old one.
Sept 16th Update:
Another shipment just arrived, we'll be unpacking and counting everything, and then shipping all outstanding (70, 90, and 110 pack) orders. Best guess is that all orders will be shipped by the end of next week (hopefully sooner!), which puts us about a week ahead of schedule.
Sept 19th Update:
All three sizes (70, 90, 110) are now "in-stock", and orders will ship within approx. 5 business days of your order. Any existing pre-orders will be shipping out before Sept 25th.
Sept 23rd Update:
Our warehouse operation is running smoothly and shipping is now approx. 3 business days (often one or two) after you order.
flukshunI've flagged these to our logistics team and they'll look into it. There's basically a group of two dozen orders from August (as you guys have noted) that haven't shipped for some reason.
Kevini also have been having the same issue. i ordered early september, but still haven't gotten any updates yet and when i check the shipment, it still says that its status is "reserved for shipment"
Kevinordered and says arrived in destination country as of September 16th according to DHL but for my country's post service says it hasn't departed from the US yet. It's been almost a month, I've contacted drop and DHL and there's been little information. It must be stuck in customs and I have no idea on how to get it out.
kiwiiifruitI totally understand your frustrations.
This is the problem with international e-commerce, you either pay insane prices ($50+) for great shipping that makes the purchase entirely uneconomical, or you pay reasonable prices (< $20) for awful/unreliable international services that are frustrating. Looking at your tracking, it looks like <your national carrier> has the package, and is either moving really slowly with it, or completely lost it. The problem is we (and neither does <your national carrier>) know which one. After a little while longer our CS team will consider the package lost and refund you (and/or ship you a new one).
Appreciate your patience, but there's really no other way that this works. 95% of our international packages get delivered within 2 weeks, then around 5% of international packages get thrown into the international spinner of lost tracking, and 3-4% of those eventually get discovered/delivered after 4-6 weeks, meanwhile 1-2% are lost forever. It just takes a long time for the 1-2% to reveal themselves.
<your national carrier> is your country's mail service, I won't say who it is for privacy purposes.
