Estimated ship date, Feb 19th. Did they forget me or is everybody still waiting? Why don't they inform us of problems via email if they can't ship?

noshortcutsi am still waiting as well... i received this message on 2/23/18: "I'm truly sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this might have caused. I can see that there has been a hiccup in our ordering of the cords for this drop. That being the case, the cords on this drop are on the way to the warehouse now and should be arriving there early next week."

noshortcutsTo me this is an other example of how little MD works to look out for their customers. They sell with quotes like this from the LSR30x: " This item is in stock and will ship in 2–3 business days with standard shipping " and then don't update us when it turns out to be far from the truth. Okay, they respond to some individual inquiries but wouldn't it make more sense to update ALL of us in real time?!

noshortcutsThe delay because they ordered the extra cables at the bad timing. All couriers in China were in holiday since 7th February - 22nd February. So yeah so many backlog items at their customs cause the delay. If they use sea shipping instead of air freight, then that gonna take forever to arrive to massdrop warehouse.
