There are reports of whining/buzzing noises from headphones received off this drop. So far I came across 3 (me included), so out of the 350 shipped, one might say there is a 1/100 chance to get screwed.
Lifetime warranty obviously does not cover shipping, so buyers should take into account the optional $50-150 repair cost these might incur.
