How comfortable/wearable are these with glasses?
I have the original ESP-950's with the stock pads and I find them very comfortable. They are incredibly light, and the clamping force is very negligible. The padding in the headband is excellent as well and they don't cause me any discomfort. The pleather pads have never made my ears sweat, though I only use them indoors in an air conditioned room. I can wear them for hours on end. I would imagine that the new velour pads will be just as, if not more comfortable. The cable is also quite light and it never feels like it's weighing the headphones down (even when using the extension cable).
whoops I meant to say glasses not headphones, I edited my original comment. This was still helpful though, thanks
I prefer listening without my glasses, but the ESP950's are fine when I have my glasses on. Again, I'm using the stock pads, but I think the new velour ones will be comfortable as well. I'll know in a few months.
The clamping pressure is very light, but not adjustable (the padded headband creaks when flexed like there is plastic underneath).
I occasionally use reading glasses whose temples are close to my head and it's not bad.
Better than any other over-the-ear headphone I have (which is quite a few).
