Did anyone know how to reach customer service for this headphone? The right side of my headphone has been making high frequency static noise and I like get the problem fix. Thanks
@HoboLobo there is a way to do it here at Massdrop. @CEE_TEE posted it here but I can't find it now.
You can also register your headphones and contact Koss at this link: https://www.koss.com/massdrop. On the top of the Koss page is a menu icon. Clicking it shows HELP.
Sorry you are having a set back. The Koss sound phenomenal when hitting on all cylinders. They are well worth the effort.
Do be aware that's typical with electrostatic headphones. My headphones have a faint static sound on both sides that is otherwise not audible when music is playing. That's the technology.
If you go to the drop down menu in the upper right hand side of the site next to your profile pic, go to Transactions and find the Koss order. There is some text “Contact Support” which you can click on...that will create a ticket with Customer Service and they will know which product it is regarding.
