I might have to pull these out and go full hipster retro.
If I can find one of these for sale, or a cassette equivalent, I'll join you.
One is from Amazon, the other is from Ebay. $40. They work well and sound surprisingly good. A new in box Sony portable cd player can run $200+.
Your bio is the best. Great to see a user from 2013 too!
Damn, I thought record players were expensive...
I'm going to check with my family to see if anyone still has one. With as much family members as I have, some is bound to have something like this.
EDIT: On a totally unrelated note: how far are you willing to take the hipsterness? Frames without glass? Weird socks?
I tried that, but nobody wanted to look. Apparently, I have no patience. 😐
I have don't have any patience either, but I don't have a wallet that can replace patience.
Pair these with cassette Walkman. Get on a pair of roller skates and put on Xanadu. Sublime.
Yesss! I remember when the anti-skip models first started coming out and it opened up a whole new world of being able to roller-blade to school with one of these in my backpack.
This was the fancy one I got for Christmas:
still have mine same model and silver, has minor skip issues XD
Full size? Cmon bro, minidisk is the only option.
Sorry, I could not decode that.
they are pretty good, but dont get it if its gonna cost over 50 dollars. its a waste of cash.
I found my in the garage ay lmao
i also think that these headphones are a waste of cash 2
I bought a CD player new for like $20 earlier this year
