As much as I love the look of the self/titanium clip, they are not very practical. The bulk makes them prone to catching on things. They bend rather than springing back to shape. They are not as secure. I almost lost my Ferrum Forge/WE last weekend while working in the yard with a brush cutter. Would love to see a steel clip offered as an option to the WE offerings.

ultrafreaksOr make spring clip(like sebenza clip) instead of milled clip.

ultrafreaksI'd love to see a deep carry clip for this with a bit more spring, I've never had any serious issues with milled clips in the past. It'll all depend on the alloy they used and how thickly it's milled.

ultrafreaksI agree with you. I have a Massdrop X Ferrum Forge Falcon that was gifted to me (actually got me on massdrop) and I bent the clip 2 days after receiving the knife after it caught on the edge of something. Currently working with the person who gifted it to see about getting a replacement clip... or I might run it without a clip.
If I could, I would get a couple extra as I am guessing that it will happen again and its a simple piece to pull off and put back on.

ultrafreaksI hate the look and function of these milled titanium clips. Is the clip a We Knives design? I’ve seen them on lots of MD collaborations.
banjovialI'd assume it's a design by the actual designer. Milled clips are in style for a lot of mid range knives at the moment. So far the best clip I've ever used is on my delica.
