I was not sure about this one but placed an order for the grooved bronze. Then received an email stating that my credit card did not go through. Checking my account, the same card was there twice so I thought maybe the expired card was applied somehow and gave them my Paypal info. A couple of day later, I am reviewing my charges and see they billed Paypal and my credit card a day apart from each other although my account page still shows a single knife order.
I contacted support twice and now three days later have still only received a canned email response. Cancelled my order though of course that has not gone through either. I guess I will have to contact my credit card company and Paypal to reverse.
What is going on at Massdrop? These unique items are great but with so many other drops so close to Amazon's pricing, they really need to step it up on customer service.
