honcheong I've managed to give both of them an audition today, and I would say that the Quad is slightly more forward than the P1, but the P1 definitely has better build quality. I also favour the fit of the P1, because the P1 can be worn over the ears, while the Quad can only be worn straight down. Maybe it was the tips but I always felt that the Quad was going to slip out of my ears at any time; it was a fairly shallow seal.
Having said all that, I'll definitely be joining in on this drop! Can't wait for it to arrive (:

honcheongI tired the pinnacles at a demo shop, I compared them to my in ears, and the signature is awfully different from most conventional monitors( must be the acoustic support) It didn't really gave me a shock, it is very natural.
Compared to the se2xx se3xx and westone um20, im02 It really sounds drastically different than those, yeah I guess the 1more tips aren't very good for sealing, tried my friend's triples . They sound great, but would have been better if it was monitors and not earphones.
