mee pinnacle has been known to be extremely solid in build quality, but if your ear size is small, it might be quite an inconvenient earphone for running. The monitor housing is quite big, and I personally won't use it for running.
No probs! since the housing is made of metal, it depends on you whether you want to use it while on the move, the isolation is only decent, depending also on the tip you are using.
