This is the bs I've been dealing with. I understand my situation is unique but I'll let you judge for yourself.
Me: There's no say that could be correct. Please expedite (still later then original ship date) my order or I'm not going to receive the headphones at all. That's a lot worse then "not ideal". That just defeats the purpose of this whole thing completely. I'm in danger of getting on that plane without the headphones.
I bought an expensive headphone amp specifically for these headphones, after researching them. Please.

Unfortunately, as mentioned, we have no way to expedite orders as they will only ship once they're prepared. We cannot speed this process up. I apologize for any setbacks.
As also mentioned, your order has been allocated to be packaged and shipped out at any time. Once it's been shipped, you'll receive tracking information.
If you're unable to receive your item once they've shipped, please let us know and we'll look into it further.

Thanks for contacting Massdrop Community Support.
This particular drop is a bit different than other drops. Since these items are on-hand when an order is placed, a notification gets sent to our warehouse immediately.
Since they're already in the process of preparing this order for shipment, we are unable to cancel this process which means we cannot cancel your order.

I'm not going back and forth anymore. Take this as a lesson in how you can improve your business, by communicating clearly how long these may take to ship.
People have different circumstances anf they need to take that into consideration.

They have my order in their warehouse, not yet shipped. How can they claim that they can't cancel it at this point?

I paid on the 24th and mine haven't shipped either. I wouldn't be surprised if they took more orders than they actually have stock for.

I ordered on the 23rd, still no word on when it's getting shipped. If I would have known this will happen I would have paid the extra money and gotten the P1.

This is what's so frustrating. They clearly did and should just cancel/refund for those who cannot wait for the shipping. It does not cost them anything to cancel an order they haven't even shipped. I appreciate the discount they're trying to do the headphones for but at this point, it's not worth the aggravation.

I ordered because it said it ships once the drop ends, which was every 24 hours. That was when they should have made it clear how behind they were. There was an estimated (way off) shipping date at the point of sale.
