Received mine today. Impressive sound for the price.
I noticed some sibilance with the standard eartips but it was completely under control upon switching to foam tips. Luckily I had spares because the ones that came with the Pinnacle PX were stuck to the plastic baggie as others have mentioned. Finish is nice, very dark blue that basically looks black or dark gray in most lighting. I found myself wearing them with the cable facing downward instead of over the ear but either position is comfortable. I didn't compare the cable with anything else but I liked the braid and connectors seemed to be of good quality.
No problems with chipping or nozzle coming loose (yet, fingers crossed) hopefully somebody at MEE Audio can review their quality control process because that seems to be a problem people are encountering. I usually baby my gear but I'll definitely post an update if something happens.

The Pinnacle PX IEMs need a decent amp to open up the sound stage, not sure if it has to do with output impedance of the amp or what. I used a Schiit Audio Fulla 2, you don't need anything exotic but Schiit, Fiio, or Dragonfly, etc will work great. I also tried this with a $35 aptX-supporting Bluetooth MMCX cable which worked well enough, but I found that it didn't have enough power to drive the earphones to their full potential.
The sound stage is somewhat condensed but very nice regardless and I noticed some nice layering in there. Treble is crisp, pronounced mids, and good bass. While bass may not extend far enough for bassheads, I found it engaging for all genres. I'd say slightly warm sounding.

awakeningosirisSure, it's up at: https://www.ebay.com/itm/MMCX-APT-X-CSR8645-Single-Crystal-Bluetooth-Earphone-Headphone-Cable-Cord-Black-/192331121255
I found that it would drive the PX acceptably, but needed to be at the upper-end of the volume levels and was probably under-driving it overall. I'm currently using it with Campfire Audio's Polaris and it works a treat.
BTW I've heard of some sellers claiming aptX, only for customers to take theirs apart and find out the IC used doesn't even support it. I did confirm that it was indeed using aptX on both my iMac and Macbook Pro. On the Macbook I had to run "bluetooth explorer" utility to configure the system to force the use of aptX, not sure why but read of someone else neededing to do this. Windows and Android should work out of the box IIRC, while iOS only supports AAC. Range is perfectly acceptable for me, around 20-30 feet but can sometimes be a bit temperamental depending on device placement.
