Used the silicone tips for a few days and was really regretting this purchase since the bass is nonexistent and the volume was so weak, but most importantly, it kept falling out of my ears. But switched to the foam ones and they're staying in quite well. I'm not sure if it's my computer, but the audio sounds less crystal clear with the foam ones for some reason, but at least they're staying put now.

reptile18They definitely need an amp. And the bass is not non-existent, they have enough bass, maybe too much for a lot of people. I don't know why do u need so much bass, that's not music that's bassy noise.

Ronaxdon't understand "so much bass," I'm not hearing any of it as compared to my super cheap Wicked Jawbreakers, which has much better sound quality, in my opinion. The only reason I tried these is that the Jawbreakers only last a few months at a time and I have to keep buying them. I really hope the Pinnacle PX lasts forever with its interesting braided cord, otherwise I will have wasted a ton of money on these...

reptile18If you cannot hear the difference between Pinnacle and that piece of crap, just don't buy them. Train your ears before buying something like Pinnacle. And who said that bass should be everywhere? it should be only there where is intended.

RonaxAll I'm saying is that the pair of headphones I got does not have clear audio nor any bass. Don't know if I got a defective one, but that's it. I never said I need bass everywhere. The pair I got from this drop has muffled sound and people's voices don't sound as clear as with cheaper headphones.
I don't know why you feel the need to attack people just for posting a review. If yours is fine, just move on. There's no need to continue posting.

reptile18No offense man, I'm not attacking you, that was an advise. Ears should be trained. 3 years ago I tried the sennheiser hd650, and thought that they're good, no more. After 3 years of everyday listening on Audio-Technica MSR7, sennheiser hd 598, VSonic gr07, VSonic gr06 and other, I tried the hd650 for the second time. The sound was amazing, there was a huge difference between the first and the second time I've tried them. Btw, have you tried them with an amplifier?

reptile18Fiio e17k should be perfect. I use a fiio e12 mont blanc, the sound is amazing, but it would be great if I had a Dac. But it's OK as it is.

reptile18The foam tips reduce the treble on these, and I agree about the bass. At first I felt like it was non-existent, but you can always EQ them or just keep listening to them and after a while you'll get used to them and they will sound great. You're probably used to bass-heavy iems so it makes sense that you can barely hear the bass on these.

MaximusPrimeUpdate: turns out it WAS my computer. I switched to a different laptop and the sound is clear, not muffled like on the other machine.

MaximusPrimeBig differences in my case. The DAC in PC is usually really bad, listening from my phone is like 2x better than from my PC
