Amnesia1187they do sell balanced cables on meze's site for the 99's https://mezeaudio.com/collections/accessories
that said they only have mono connectors for each side but as long as R is R and L is L it should be fine according to most sources https://hartaudiocables.com/collections/headphone-cables/products/hc-7-dual-2-5mm-mono-ts
