Just got my keyboard and I love it, except for a couple issues. First, I am seeing the inconsistent line issues on the keycaps as others have reported. I gather that I'm supposed to open a ticket with pictures, but how do I open a ticket? Second, currently the LEDs are on a rainbow wave pattern, which is great, but is there some way of changing it without using the QMK firmware? I'm on macOS High Sierra, if that matters.

basusMacOS friend, if you have yet to flash new firmware, you can easily access the lights as shown on the little card that came with. For help finding the keys, assuming you're in qwerty layout, the default layer/function modifier key is the 2nd key to the right of the space bar. You can change I think left/right holding that with A/D, brightness W/S, Speed of motion Q/E. Hope that helps you! You should definitely try the guides for QMK after, it is much easier than it looks, the steps are pretty thorough.
